The first graders became BRIDGE ENGINEERS today in the high school science room!! Mrs. Gooderum taught them all about the strength of triangles and that making mistakes when trying to figure things it is part of learning!! We really appreciate her and the time she spent teaching us today!!
Elementary Running Club: Today we had almost 40 elementary students participate in running club this morning. If your child will like to join us next Thursday morning please have them bring back the signed permission slip. We will meet at 7:30 am on Thursday mornings in the month of April. The first graders have been working on their writing skills by journaling their adventures at their house with Paddington Bear!! Paddington had quite an exciting time spending the night with all the first graders! He ate marmalade, read stories, did chores, and even made friends with a few pets!!! ❤️😊🐻

Last week the 3rd graders had a wonderful time learning at pioneer school at the old Stoneham schoolhouse. The students learned all day just as students learned 100 years ago. It was a fun day!
Prom 2019, "A Night in Cabo", will be held this Saturday, April 6th at the Stoneham Community Building. All high school students are invited to attend the dance from 7-11 pm. The Grand March will begin at 7, so be there by 6:45 if you want to be a part of it. Out-of-school-date forms can be found in Mrs. Dollerschell's room. Please contact Mrs. Dollerschell with any questions.
Currently in the 5th grade, students are following the steps of Plutarch, biographer of notable Greeks and Romans. 5th graders are currently writing and learning about their peers - they are having a blast!
