A great night of elections. Thank you to Levi Troudt for your service as our district nominating committee member. Congrats to Arek Wulf and Montana Goodman. Montana will be serving as the District XIV Secretary and Arek Wulf be serving as District XIV Vice President.
Our first FFA meeting!!! We are going to be rolling out our new t-shirt and Oyster Fry planning! Feel good to spend this time with our people.
5th graders completing Math Daily 3 for today’s math assignments: Math by Myself, Math with Someone, and Math Writing. Students working on 2nd rotation. Those Roman Numerals are challenging them.

Today’s growth mindset message from Austyn!
Our own Brock Dollerschell has been running cross country for Merino. He has continued to run personal bests at each meet. Friday, September 11, Brock Dollershell finished in a season best 19th place, an 11 place improvement from last week. His time of 19:29.1 was the best of his career as well.
8th Grade Ag is learning about the Dairy Value Chain. The first step in Dairy production is feeding cattle. Today they were detectives in observing silage, ground corn, hay, ground hay and a few other products. They also learned how different feed ratios are mixed while comparing nutrients to their own diets.
