The Board of Education will be attending a CASB training from Friday, January 12th at 7pm until Saturday, January 13th, 7:00pm. The purpose of the training is to provide information to new board members and review the protocols to be a board member in the State of Colorado. The training will take place at the CASB Offices in Denver, Colorado and will be conducted by CASB trainers.

Prairie FBLA's "Warm for Winter" campaign was a huge success! Here's a recap of our day volunteering for the Brush Giving Tree Project:

- 83 pairs of gloves donated
- 58 wishlists filled
- 100+ gifts wrapped
- Laughter and fun - too much to count!

The library has a very exciting week coming up!! Scholastic book fair will open December 13th-18th. December 18th, we will also be excited to have the Sway Coffee Truck coming to our school. Sway Coffee Truck will be serving drinks to kick off a day of Lattes & Literature! Please come support Sway Coffee Truck and read with your student! You will have the opportunity to shop the Scholastic book fair too! If you have sponsored a class for drinks, please get those funds to Mrs. Hickey in the office. Can't wait to see all of you!
